Special Dietary Requirements

🌱 We've got you covered! Whether you're vegan, gluten-free, or have allergies to wheat or nuts, we can cater to your needs.
Please let us know about any dietary requirements at the time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to departure so we can arrange adequate catering. If you have more specific needs, our Reservations Team is happy to assist!

Vision & Hearing

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer support for guests with vision or hearing impairments. For safety reasons, we recommend that you travel with a companion to assist you during the tour.

Mobility & Access

Our tours are operated on a remote island and include adventurous activities, which require a basic level of mobility and fitness. Guests should be able to:

• Board 4WD vehicles and navigate compact seating.

• Walk on uneven terrain, soft sand, and basic hiking trails.

• Participate in outdoor camping experiences with minimal facilities.

If you have concerns about mobility or fitness, please contact us prior to booking so we can discuss whether the tour is suitable for you.

 

Discount Ticketing

We currently do not offer discounted ticketing options.

Recommended Age Suitability

Due to the adventurous, social nature of our tours, we recommend ages 18-35 for comfort and enjoyment.
If you are outside this age range but still keen to join us, please give us a call to discuss your booking.

Pregnancy

🤰 Can I join the tour if I’m pregnant?

Every pregnancy is unique, and we want you to feel safe and comfortable. While we generally do not recommend tours past 28 weeks, the decision is ultimately up to you and your doctor.

We suggest consulting with your doctor to assess whether the tour is suitable for your situation.
